To introduce One Key, Expedia Group's first unified loyalty program across Expedia, Hotels.com, and Vrbo, we set out to capture the thrill of travel in a way that felt fresh and universal. Partnering with Wieden+Kennedy, we brought the story to life through the eyes of an unlikely hero: luggage.
Directed by Kim Gehrig, the launch film tapped into the anticipation, emotion, and movement that defines every journey. The campaign rolled out as a fully integrated effort, supported by a new design system developed in collaboration with Wolff Olins that visually united the brands under a single, cohesive identity. We also created a series of quick 15-second videos that drove home the core benefit of the program.
