To bring more optimism into the News Feed, we asked thousands of people around the world what they were hopeful for in the year ahead. From their answers, we surfaced shared themes and created a suite of content that highlighted the positive, unifying threads running through our global community. We capped it off with a 60-second film directed by Gus Van Sant, which premiered during the Golden Globes and featured Tarana Burke, who started the MeToo movement.
